参展流程 Exhibition Process
展位定价 Early Bird Pricing Policy :
预定展位36平米及以上,1人免费参会,其他人员享受深圳市真空技术行业协会会员优惠价;36平米以下,参会享受深圳市真空技术行业协会会员优惠价。
Booking a booth of 36 square meters or more, 1 person will participate in the conference for free, and other personnel will enjoy the discounted membership price of ShenZhen Association for Vacuum Technologyindustries; Below 36 square meters,participants can enjoy preferential membership prices from the ShenZhen Association for Vacuum Technologyindustries
备注 Remarks :
1,标展双开展位,加收15%费,包含中英楣板、1张咨询台,2把椅,220V(500W)电源插座1个,1个纸篓,2射灯,
标准展位费已含场地管理费。
A standard double opening booth will be charged an additional 15% fee, including Chinese and English lintels,
1 consultation desk, 2 chairs, 1 220V (500W) power socket, 1 paper basket, and 2 spotlights. The standard booth fee
includes venue management fees.
2、特装展位配置:光地36㎡起租,任何配置,展位搭建、、电、及特装管理费由展商负责。
Special booth configuration: Starting from 36 square meters of bare space, without any configuration. The booth
construction, water, electricity, water, and special booth management fees are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
补贴以下展馆收取费用 :
Paper Communication will continue to subsidize the fees charged by the exhibition center:
1、全场机械用电、水、气费用-补贴80%
2、现场运输费用总额一补贴 80%
(现场运输费总额 80%补贴也适用于超重费、超尺寸费、空箱搬运存放费、展品组装费及特殊需要用到大
铲车费的 80%补贴。)
1、All mechanical electricity, water and gas costs → 80% subsidy
2、Total on-site transportation costs →80% subsidy
(A subsidy of 80% of the total on-site transportation fee is also applicable to overweight fees,
oversize fees, empty box handling and storage fees, exhibit assembly fees and special needs
involving large forklift fee.)

布展搭建 Exhibition construction:
展会前期 Pre-Exhibition Period
登录主场服务平台,提交特装图纸及其他报送材料,并在要求时间内通过审核
1. Online Platform Submission:
- Log in to the main service platform.
- Submit special booth drawings and other required documents.
- Pass the review within the specified time.
登录主场服务平台,提前申请电源,提前申请施工证件,提前缴付管理费、清洁押金及其他相关费用
2. Advance Applications:
- Apply in advance for power supply.
- Apply in advance for construction permits.
- Pay management fees, cleaning deposits, and other
布展期间 During Booth Setup
前往服务台现场办理进场手续
(携带特装审图通过回执、进馆作业安全承诺书、自查自验表、安全告知书)
在审图处,现场签署进馆作业安全承诺书,扫描施工负责人身份证
在开单处,现场办理施工证件;现场缴付管理费、清洁押金;现场申请电源
在缴费处,缴纳相关费用
在领证处,凭缴费凭证领施工证,进场施工
1. On-Site Registration:
- Go to the service counter to complete entry procedures.
- Carry special decoration drawings, entry safety commitment letter, self-inspection form, and safety instructions.
2. Document Submission:
- Sign the entry safety commitment letter on-site.
- Scan the construction manager's ID.
- Apply for construction permits on-site.
- Pay management fees, cleaning deposits, and other relevant fees on-site.
- Apply for power supply on-site.
3. Fee Payment:
- Pay the necessary fees at the payment counter.
4. Badge Collection:
- Collect the construction permit based on the payment receipt.
- Enter the exhibition venue for construction.
撤展阶段 Exhibition Dismantling Phase:
撤展展台清洁完毕及无安全事故
凭工作人员签字到服务台办理撤展手续,30天内退还清洁押金
撤展结束后在网上主场服务台申请电费、管理费、租赁费发票
1. Exhibition Booth Cleanup and Safety Check:
- Ensure the exhibition booth is cleaned thoroughly.
- Confirm that there are no safety incidents.
2. Dismantling Procedures:
- Obtain the signature of the staff at the service counter to complete the dismantling procedures.
- The cleaning deposit will be refunded within 30 days.
3. Post-Dismantling Tasks:
- After dismantling, apply online at the main service counter for invoices related to electricity, management fees, and rental fees.
